Ouch!

I'll be posting a longer entry in the next day or two.

In the meantime, know that I started the new (February) Runner's World core workout, and I feel as though someone has punched me repeatedly in the stomach. Owies!!!

  • The thing is that I am pretty good about keeping my core strong in the first place! Anyone who's tried running with a pulled ab muscle can tell you exactly how much you use your core to run.

    I feel better now, except my butt is sore.
