yeah,yeah... Tight abs, strong core don't come without some discomfort!! :)

The thing is that I am pretty good about keeping my core strong in the first place! Anyone who's tried running with a pulled ab muscle can tell you exactly how much you use your core to run.
I feel better now, except my butt is sore.
